September 20-October 2 - FOLLIES FOLLIES, the Stephen Sondheim classic musical, opens Village Players' 89th season on September 16. FOLLIES is about theater. It takes place at the 1971 reunion of performers of the great Follies shows of the past. Performances are on September 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and October 1 at 8:00 p.m. There will be special matinee performances on September 25 & October 2 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $19. September 22-October 13 - Immigration ABCs from H-1Bs to PERM Learn everything you need to know about hiring foreign nationals and compliance at Miller Canfield's client seminar on immigration law. The five-day workshop, designed for both novice and experienced grantseekers, will be conducted by The Grantsmanship Center. The workshop will cover all aspects of searching for grants, writing proposals and negotiating with funding sources.
