BIRMINGHAM, Mich., October 16, 2009 – Children of all ages are invited to dress in costume and join the festivities on Sunday, October 25, 2009 for the 16^th Annual Pumpkin Patch and 73^rd Annual Halloween Parade.

The Pumpkin Patch, co-sponsored by the Junior League of Birmingham and The Community House, will be held at The Community House from 1- 4 p.m. Ballet and jazz school performance at 1:30 p.m. and youth theatre group performance at 2:30 p.m. Activities include fantastic crafts, moon bounce, yummy refreshments and spooktacular games.

The Halloween Parade, presented by the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber, follows at 4 p.m. beginning at the corner of Martin and Bates, in downtown Birmingham. At the end of the parade Whole Food Market will treat all attendees to cider and seasonal snacks.
